Position Overview

This is a pivotal role in the creation of print-ready production artwork for all global branded packaging, upholding the brand's premium standards and ensuring consistency across all mediums and markets.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate, print-ready production artwork for global packaging
• Uphold and enforce premium brand standards and guidelines
• Lead colour management processes ensuring global consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project alignment
• Ensure artwork files align across mediums, formats and suppliers
• Address and resolve feasibility issues proactively
• Manage and optimize online workflow system for approvals
• Represent brand at press runs, overseeing production quality
• Maintain detailed archive of packaging files and samples
• Provide global support delivering artwork and colour targets
• Oversee end-to-end project management meeting timelines and budgets

Requirements

• Proven experience in artwork production or packaging development
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Expert knowledge of print production and colour management
• Familiarity with artwork workflow tools, especially WebCenter
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for excellence and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
