Our client is a world-leading food company, operating across multiple markets with a portfolio of well-known brands. It is now seeking a smart, energetic ABM to work on one of its key brands, operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial and fast-paced culture. Β This is a must-stock brand, available in 1,000s of grocery and convenience stores across the UK.

π¦ Position Overview
As ABM, you'll be the brand guardian for one of our client's flagship brands, working across the full marketing mix from digital channels to in-store activation. Β You'll work with agency partners and internal teams to execute the brand's BTL and comms strategy, manage portfolio & range development activity, and deliver actionable insights to support trade and marketing teams. This role sits at the heart of category growth, where your work directly influences how consumers engage with the brand across multiple touchpoints.

π What youβll be doing from Day 1
Developing and executing digital& shopper comms plans across social media, websites and digital channels
Working with creative, shopper & media agencies to develop and deliver brand campaigns
Acting as brand guardian, championing the brand and category with local and global stakeholders
Supporting portfolio and range management, leading packaging adaptation/artwork projects
Coordinating in-store deployment and POS activation with the shopper marketing team
Tracking brand and range performance using data and consumer/market insights
Conducting competitor and market reviews to identify opportunities and threats
Managing and tracking the local marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and ROI
Supporting the wider team on key strategic projects and initiatives
Providing trade and marketing teams with actionable market and brand insights

πWhat we are looking for
Robust FMCG/consumer goods brand management experience working across the marketing mix
Passion for brands and interest in the FMCG food market
Strong blend of strategic, analytical and creative thinking skills, with evidence of projects you have worked on
Solid academics to degree-level
Specific experience managing digital & shopper comms campaigns
Strong analytical and data-analysis/interpretation skills (Kantar, Nielsen, Grocery Store Data)
Proven project management capability and attention to detail
Ability to build strong relationships across teams and with external partners
Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
Curiosity, energy and drive, with a team-driven approach and strong communication and interpersonal skills
