Our client, a leading UK food business and part of a global group, is seeking a creative and digitally-savvy Assistant Brand Manager to join its marketing team on the west of London. This is an exciting opportunity to own and deliver the social media and digital strategy for one of their flagship brands, a household favourite across the nation.

In this exciting role, you’ll be closely involved in driving consumer engagement and brand growth through innovative digital marketing campaigns.  You’ll be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media communities, and optimising the brand's digital presence to connect with consumers.  You’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on a major brand while developing your marketing expertise within a supportive, forward-thinking organisation.

What you’ll be looking after

  • Owning and delivering the brand's social media and digital strategy, including content creation and community management
  • Managing relationships with creative and media agencies to develop impactful campaigns
  • Supporting NPD, innovation and packaging changes to enhance the brand's offering
  • Delivering shopper marketing campaigns in collaboration with retail partners to drive sales
  • Managing and optimising the brand's website and digital presence to improve user experience
  • Tracking and reporting on marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources

Who we are looking for


This is a role for an ambitious and driven brand champion with a proven track record of success and a desire to build their career at a pace and make a real impact on a large successful business.

  • 2–3 years of marketing or brand management experience, ideally within FMCG, digital, or consumer-facing sectors
  • Creative flair and a strong passion for digital marketing and consumer engagement
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfort with budgets and basic financial information, such as P&Ls and ROI
  • Proactive, curious mindset with a desire to make a positive impact on the brand and business
  • Experience managing social media accounts or digital campaigns
  • Familiaritywith shopper marketing or retail activations
  • An understanding of packaging design and NPD processes within FMCG
