Our client is a well-established, innovative food & drinks business dedicated to creating delicious products made from real, natural ingredients without added sugar or sweeteners.  A certified B Corp, as part of its growth strategy it is looking for an ABM to join its London-based team, working alongside experienced FMCG marketers to support the growth of its brand portfolio. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 ·        🎯 Supporting the development of annual brand plans and growth strategies for the portfolio

·        🛍️ Assisting in creating and running advertising and shopper marketing campaigns

·        💡 Acting as the internal go-to expert for your product range, providing guidance across the business

·        🎉 Managing experiential sampling opportunities and consumer engagement activities

·        💬 Leading consumer care engagement for the brand, responding to customer feedback and enquiries

·        📊 Using insight data to monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour

·        🎤 Presenting brand plans and innovation launches to customers and key stakeholders

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

·        ✅Minimum 12-18 months' marketing experience in an FMCG environment

·        🤔 Solid understanding of brand strategy and marketing planning

·        🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Consumer-centric mindset, putting the consumer at the heart of marketing decisions

·        💻 Proficiency in using category and internal data to report on brand performance

·        📱 A passion for developing and managing social media - organic, paid and influencer

·        ✨Experience with below-the-line campaigns and experiential marketing

·        🤝 Experience managing agency relationships and briefs

·        ✍️Strong written and verbal communication skills

·        🗂️ Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·        💪 Self-starter mentality with energy and enthusiasm for the role

·        📧 Ideally familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify

·        🌱 Passion for sustainability and values-driven business practices
