We're seeking a talented Brand Communications Manager to join this wonderful company based in mid-Wales. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FMCG professional to join their growing marketing team and make a significant impact on the brand.

Position Overview

The Brand Communications Manager will play a crucial role in building the brand and driving the communications agenda to support overall brand targets and sales growth. The successful candidate will be an exceptional storyteller, engaging consumers, customers, and internal stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand campaigns and event-based activations
  • Drive always-on brand activation initiatives
  • Collaborate on shopper and trade activation strategies
  • Manage agencies and budgets effectively
  • Communicate brand vision and strategies to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven FMCG food brand management experience
  • Expertise in brand strategy, campaigns, events, experiential and social
  • Strong knowledge of shopper marketing and activation
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage agencies and budgets effectively
