Brand Manager - B Corp FMCG

Responsibility for

Brand planning and execution, including customer and consumer insight, pricing and promotional activity.

NPD and EPD from ideation through to launch, ensuring flawless in-store execution and post-launch performance analysis

Full P&L management to maintain/grow brand profitability

Use relevant data to analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity

Work cross-functionally with commercial colleagues to understand shopper behaviour and develop activation plans

Manage agencies across PR, digital and social

Maintaining brand guidelines and assets

About you

FMCG Brand marleting experience in Food and/or Beverages

Passionate about brands and specifically, ethically sourced and manufactured products

Understanding and experience of data sources - Nielsen, Kanta, Dunnhumby

Strongly collaborative, a great communicatir and influencer

Excellent numerical reasoning, data handling skills and commercial acumen
