Brand Manager - FMCG Healthcare
Based in Gloucestershire with flexibility | 18-month fixed term contract

🧑🏼 ⚕️ We’re recruiting for a motivated, passionate and creative Brand Manager to join our client’s team to cover a period of maternity leave for 18 months, from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your strategic leadership skills and ensure brand continuity for a portfolio of trusted consumer brands.
❓ What will you do?
- Create a long-term strategic vision for your brand/s
- Act as project lead for key NPD and marketing initiatives and
- Analyse brand and competitor performance data.
- Implement trade and consumer marketing strategies
- Manage cost-effective marketing programmes
- Develop marketing support for major retail accounts
- Manage agency relationships
- Ensure all materials comply with industry regulations
❓ What do you need to apply?
- At least 3 years’ brand management experience in a consumer-centric company. If you have experience in Healthcare or OTC, so much the better!
- You can talk confidently about your analytical skills and commercial awareness
- You love new product development, and can demonstrate end to end experience
- Your project management and organisational skills are excellent
- Managing agencies and inter-departmental teams are second nature to you
- You’re a ‘people person’; a great communicator, negotiator and influencer and a collaborative team player
