Brand Manager - Organic Food Market Leader
6 Month Contract | Hybrid Working | Surrey Office
£45,000 + car allowance
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and insightful brand marketer to make a significant impact in a fun, fast-paced environment with this pioneering, BCorp certified organic food company. With a start date as soon as possible, this is a perfect role if you're just back from travelling, or you want a contract role to maintain flexibility and have 3-5 years' in UK-centric FMCG, ideally food.
What will you do?
- Work on brand strategy and execution for a premium brand
- Drive innovation through supplier management and internal/external communication
- Manage A&P budgets and associated admin
- Keep the brand bank up to date with new imagery and descriptors
- Develop NPD toolkits
- Maintain website with optimized content and engaging visuals
- Assess risks and opportunities for the brand
- Manage proactive "always on" social content and influencer programs
What do you need to apply?
- Brand Management experience in FMCG (ideally food) - UK experience essential!
- Passion for brands and ability to generate buy-in for the brand vision
- Creative, insightful thinker with a genuine interest in brands
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Self-starter with a proactive, 'can-do', 'keep it simple' attitude
- Excellent presentation skills and commercial acumen
