If you’re a ‘foodie’, passionate about new tastes and food trends, this is a super opportunity for a smart ABM or Brand Manager to take on a challenging and busy interim role. Our client is a major FMCG business with a portfolio of much-loved food brands with incredible heritage and ambitious plans for the future.

We’re now looking for a talented, driven and commercially astute marketer to hit the ground running, leading the brand strategy and day-to-day management of a long-established food/snacking brand.  This is fantastic opportunity togain real autonomy and hands-on responsibility, working on a brand, found in many kitchens across the UK, offering real breadth of pure brand building, commercial thinking and hands-on action!

 

💬What you’ll be doing from Day 1

·       Leading the development of the 12-month brand plan and long-term strategy.

·       Executing brand plans, collaborating with agencies and internal teams.

·       Developing and delivering a 3-year innovation pipeline from concept to launch.

·       Managing NPD  projects, including new flavours and packaging.

·       Analysing ongoing brand performance to identify trends and growth opportunities.

·       Managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking.

·       Working with commercial teams to align brand plans and maximise retail potential.

 

🙂What we’re looking for

·       Proven brand marketing experience in a dynamic FMCG commercial environment.

·       Experience managing projects, including NPD and EPD initiatives.

·       Ability to interpret data for  different sources to generate actionable insights.

·       Strong skills in influencing internal and external stakeholders.

·       Commercially astute with a good awareness of P&L principles.

·       A passion for developing and growing stron gconsumer brands.
