Leading integrated multi-channel comms campaigns, shaping brand strategy via consumer & market insights
Driving volume, revenue and profit targets whilst building brand equity and market share
Managing substantial marketing budgets, optimising spend across ATL, promotional and digital initiatives

🔦 Position Overview
As Brand Manager for this innovative hair treatment brand, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing annual brand plans that drive growth and profitability. You'll use consumer and market insights to shape strategy, deliver integrated comms campaigns, and manage relationships with agency partners. This role is all about building brand equity, optimising the product range and channel mix, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Your work will directly influence commercial performance, customer acquisition, and long-term brand success, and offer the opportunity to progress your career with a company that values strategic thinking, creative problem-solving and strong commercial performance. 🎯
📒 What you’ll be doing from Day 1
Developing comprehensive brand plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
Delivering volume, revenue, profit, and market share targets
Analysing sales performance, consumer trends, and market dynamics to inform strategy
Creating and delivering integrated comms campaigns – ATL, BTL, Digital, Social Media
Optimising product range and channel mix based on consumer insights and performance
Partnering with Sales on pricing strategies, promotional planning, and in-market execution
Monitoring competitor activity, in-market pricing, and promotional performance across channels
Managing marketing budgets effectively, tracking spend, performance metrics and KPIs
Overseeing agency relationships for campaign delivery
Implementing CRM systems for customer acquisition and retention initiatives
Conduct brand tracking and campaign measurement to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategy
Requirements
🌟What we are looking for
Significant brand marketing experience with FMCG or Consumer Health/OTC brands
Strong track record developing clear and ambitious brand strategies and annual marketing plans
Extensive experience creating and managing ATL, BTL and digital/social media campaigns
Experience of managing NPD and EPD launch projects
Exceptional strategic thinking skills and a can-do attitude
Creative thinking with keen attention to detail
Strong analytical skills including consumer insight, market/shopper data and campaign measurement
Knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
Solid academic background, ideally with a degree in Marketing, Business, Comms or similar
