Our client, a $4bn global leader in water solutions, spanning water coolers, water vending, water softeners, hot/cold water taps and filtration systems for the office & home, is seeking a strategic Brand & Marketing Comms Manager to re-energize and revitalise its B2B brand inthe UK. This role offers a once-in-a-career opportunity to lead marketing in a dynamic business and category, making a real and meaningful impact, transforming water qualityto improve lives and protect the planet. At work, it keeps teams hydrated and performing at their best in offices and commercial spaces; in public spaces, its water vending machines and bottle-filling stations improve access to cleaner, safer water while reducing single-use plastic waste.
Position Overview
As the Marketing Programs and Brand Manager, you will define and execute the brand strategy aligned with the annual commercial strategy. You will leverage brand and category assets across new product launches, product verticalsand trade channels, leading the yearly brand and comms planning process. This position is central to accelerating the company's growth journey, with the autonomy to make a measurable difference. 💬 What you’ll be doing from Day 1
1. Building the Brand and Communications Strategy
· Defining and executing the brand strategy to re-energise the company’s brand in the UK
· Leveraging brand & category assets through the funnel across new product launches, verticals and channels
· Leading the brand & comms planning process - messaging strategy, campaign calendar and target segmentation
· Developing a test & learn program to open new channels, test messaging and creative and refine audience targeting
· Leading the development of CRM, nurture and retention planning and overseeing execution
· Planning and leading Account Based Marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales, working closely with KAMs
· Working with lead generation agencies to define campaigns, required outcomes and monitor performance
· Defining the vent strategy, setting targets and working with sales, product, digital & social to achieve goals
· Working with Digital lead to support asset creation for digital/social media, web content and thought leadership
· As appropriate, localising global platforms to fit the needs and ambitions of the UK business
· Collaborate closely with digital, social, creative, and product stakeholders to ensure aligned execution
· Managing creative agencies and working with the internal creative team toensure high-quality deliverables
2. Driving Growth Through Insight andPerformance Tracking
Monitoring campaign performance KPIs (awareness,market share, lead volume) across lead and lag metrics
Using insights & analytics to drive improvements, identify growth levers, and adjust course when needed
Being the Voice of the Customer, leading local consumer research and analysis
Collaborating with Global and EMEA Centre of Excellence CBS teams to gather competitive intelligence
3. Creating and Delivering Integrated MarketingCampaigns
· Building collateral and messaging assets for new product launches and commercial activations
· Leading integrated campaign planning and execution across digital, social, events & off-line
· Localising and activating global campaigns with creativity and relevance
· Collaborating with other Business Units and Centres of Excellence to share/re-apply best practices
· Owning the brand marketing budget and tracking ROI on all major activities
· Prioritising resource allocation based on strategic impact and performance data
4. Embedding Brand Standards Across theOrganization
· Acting as a brand champion internally, providing guidance and training on keybrand principles
· Ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and internal departments

To meet the challenges of this exciting and super-busy role, you’ll have extensive experience driving brand marketing & comms strategy for well-known brands, with a track record of building integrated campaigns that blend brand storytelling and performance objectives throughout the full funnel. We’re looking for a robust, commercially-focused and customer-obsessed marketer, ideally with hands-on experience in both structured and dynamic, entrepreneurially-driven environments, with the ability to thrive in a ‘big start-up’ culture. You’ll combine strategic thinking with astrong executional focus, and will know how to translate positioning & insights into marketing that resonates and performs.
Key Skills & Experience
· Strategic & Structured – able to define a brand direction and translate it into an actionable roadmap
· Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, able to connect the dots across channels, functions and teams
· Full funnel expertise, able to take campaigns through different channels, optimizing assets and aligning with CRM strategies
· Experience working cross-functionally with digital,sales, product, and creative teams
· Confident managing agency relationships and managing the creative production process
· Familiar with all digital & social channels and how they contribute across the marketing funnel
· Equally comfortable localising a global platform or building a proposition from scratch!
