Position Overview
As the CRM Lead, you will be instrumental in transforming CRM into a powerful growth engine. You will audit and enhance the current setup, develop a strategic and measurable CRM roadmap, and drive substantial uplift in subscription uptake, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value. This role offers the chance to shape the CRM vision while executing campaigns that deliver tangible results.
💬 What you’ll be doing from Day 1
· Designing and scaling automated, multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, WhatsApp, portal) to deliver personalised customer experiences
· Building data-driven customer onboarding, nurturing, retention, up-sell, cross-sell and win-back campaigns
· Unlocking the value of a 250K+ customer database through segmentation, predictive logic, and continuous performance analysis
· Developing initiatives to increase customer lifetime value, selling brand accessories and consumables
· Collaborating with sales, service, IT, and digital teams to establish the CRM program as a benchmark
· Ensure digital risk management and compliance, including data privacy (e.g., GDPR) and brand reputation

1. Strategic CRM Expertise
Minimum of 4-6years of comprehensive lifecycle marketing experience
Deepunderstanding of customer acquisition & retention strategies
Ability to develop sophisticated CRM approaches that drive business objectives
Proven track record of connecting marketing initiatives to revenue generation
Expertise in mapping complex customer journeys and identifying strategic opportunities
2. Multi-Channel Campaign Development
Advanced proficiency in creating integrated communication strategies
Expert-level experience managing campaigns across Email marketing, WhatsApp, SMS, Digital portal interactions
Track record of designing cohesive, seamless customer experiences
Ability to synchronise messaging across multiple touchpoints
3. TechnicalProficiency
Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot, etc.)
Sophisticated data analytics and segmentation capabilities
Proficient in Marketing automation tools, Data visualisation software, Customer segmentation
4. Performance-Driven Mindset
Laser-focused on delivering against key performance indicators (KPIs)
Quantifiable approach to marketing strategies
Expertise in ROI calculation, Customer lifetime value analysis, Conversion rate optimisation
