PositionOverview
As Digital Content Manager, you'll be responsible for defining & executing theholistic search strategy ππ, and overseeing the digital content supply chain end to end. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, alongside implementing the innovation roadmap across digital services, tools, and marketing approaches - including CRM, chatbots and other digital solutions π€. Β You will collaborate closely with Brand and R&D teams, media agencies to manage the content roadmap, ensure compliance,and deliver the content strategy, including the organic media roadmap π.

What you willbe doing:
Managing the content roadmap, collaborating with Medical teams for execution, approvals, priorities, and roadblock removal
Ensuring brand content compliance amongst across agencies and the marketing team
Keeping up to date on marketing technology relevant to content
Defining and delivering the content strategy, including the organic media roadmap, partnering with key agencies and the brand team
Leading the rollout of global tools and new initiatives related to content
Collaborating closely with the Media Manager, Digital Teams, IT, agencies and R&D stakeholders
Supporting digital asset management, R&Rs, and P&I management processes
Deploying the agreed innovation roadmap in digital services such as chatbots, live agents, gamification, and couponing
Supporting Connected Pack initiatives
Managing the CRM plan and execution together with brand and digital teams, agencies and IT

Weβre lookingfor:
Extensive experience working with digital content, working with FMCG/Consumer brands onthe client or agency-side. Β You may be in a specific content focused role, or perhaps a broader brand strategy/marketingrole.
Passionate about digital content with a creative, innovative thinking approach
Experience optimising processes, performance, and digital campaigns
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence cross-functional teams
Passionate, results-driven approach, comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
Experimental and curious mindset, with strong commercial acumen, able to manage multiple and complex tasks
Ability to work with multiple internal and external partners to deliver project outcomes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and analyse different types of data and appropriate actions
