Our client, a $4bn global leader in water solutions, spanning water coolers, water vending, water softeners, hot/cold water taps and filtration systems for the office & home, is seeking a strategic Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to drive its B2B digital marketing efforts for the UK market, making a real and meaningful impact, transforming water quality to improve lives and protect the planet. At work, it keeps teams hydrated and performing at their best in offices and commercial spaces; in public spaces, its water vending machines and bottle-filling stations improve access to cleaner, safer water while reducing single-use plastic waste.

 

Position Overview

As Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Manager, you wil ldevelop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to accelerategrowth across all channels – in the workplace, education, sports & leisure outlets and everywhere people gather. You will drive activity across performance media, websites, CRO, SEO/SEM, social and email, implementing an innovative full-funnel content strategy.  This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM or lifecycle marketing professional to make a significant impact within a fast-growing, innovative business.  A company with a supportive and collaborative culture where marketing, digital, sales and service teams work together to raise the bar and deliver exceptional results.

 

💬 What you’ll be doing from Day 1

·       Developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

·       Implementing a full-funnel content strategy and identifying digital trends for continuous growth

·       Championing digital strategies anchored in the customer journey and user experience

·      Optimising digitalt ouchpoints to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

·       Owning and optimising digital KPIs and websites, analysing performance and overseeing CRO

·      Ccollaborating with agencies, platforms, and digital vendors to ensure high-quality execution

·      Leading advanced measurement to guide media investment, including multi-touch attribution and MMM

·       Building and leading a high-performing team of digital specialists

·      Overseeing data privacy compliance and ensuring ethical digital marketingpractices

·      Safeguarding the brand’s on-line reputation and ensuring regulatory alignment in all digital activities

·       Partnering with IT and Data to select and integrate the right platforms and ensure security

🙂 What we are looking for

·      Digital growth leader and strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a relentless focus on performance.

·      Extensive experience in digital marketing, with accountability for lead generation and performance metrics

·      Proven track record in delivering full-funnel digital strategies with measurable business outcomes

·      Applied stats and advanced measurement, including MTA, MMM, causal inference, and incrementality testing

·      Experience managing high-performing teams and collaborating across different functions

·      Deep understanding of website optimisation, analytics, paid media, SEO/SEM, marketing automation

·      Strong stakeholder management and communication skills— able to translate data into strategic actions

·      Experience working in fast-moving, performance-driven environments

·      Hands-on experience deploying AI - workflow automation, creative augmentation, media optimization etc

·       Strategic and commercially minded, performance-driven, hands-on and resourceful

·       Tech-savvy and data-literate, proficient in advanced analytics and causal measurement
