Our client, a global player in the OTC healthcare market, is seeking an ambitious Media specialist to join its dynamic UK brand team 🎯. Position Overview
As the Digital Media Manager, you'll be responsible for developinga nd directing media strategies that align with brand objectives and funnel goals 📊. Your focus will be on digital media, but will also spantraditional media, working closely with key media agency partners and the brand teams to develop strategies and campaigns, assess performance, refine strategies and maximise/optimize spend 🖥️. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective utilisation of media investment to drive brand success and support both the company and brand's missions 🎯.
What you will be doing:
Developing media strategies in partnership with the Brand Team to achieve brand objectives
Overseeing and directing implementation of media strategies, ensuring consistency with full-funnel objectives
Assessing campaign performance and collaborating with agency partners to continuously refine and optimise performance
Running the Media Marketing Stack, focusing on tools, platforms, and technology for planning, execution, and measurement
Leading the measurement framework, including short- and long-term KPIs, post-campaign analysis, marketing mix modelling, and assessing sales impact from media activities
Leading discussions around global media & digital strategy, guidelines/principles, applying them collaboratively to develop innovative and effective plans
Enhancing media and digital skills by mentoring the team and fostering continuous learning
Harnessing AI to optimise media investments, ensuring transparency and governance in AI-driven decisions related to spend, ROI, and sales outcomes
Maintaining strong data governance across media operations, using data responsibly for targeting, measurement, and optimisation, while upholding brand trust through compliance
We're looking for:
Extensive digital media experience working in agency or client-side roles with major consumer/FMCG brands
Deep understanding of digital media channels such as SEA, SEO, Programmatic, On-line Video and Retail Media
Proven track record in building and optimising successful digital and media campaigns
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, able to influence cross-functional teams
Passionate, results-driven approach, comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
Experimental and curious mindset, with strong commercial acumen, able to manage multiple and complex tasks
