Our client, one of the world's most iconic premium chocolate brands, is seeking a talented Global Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in their exciting global brand reset. This London-based position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a beloved brand's perception and future success.

Position Overview

The Global Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Global Brand Director to develop and execute global marketing strategies, leading the creation of impactful seasonal and product-led campaigns that elevate the brand's presence worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Brand Director to develop marketing strategies
  • Lead creation of global marketing toolkits for campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day campaign development, timelines, budgets, and agency deliverables
  • Develop launch strategies for global NPD and brand initiatives
  • Support the global brand reset through strategic planning
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights for optimization
  • Act as brand guardian for global messaging consistency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of brand or marketing management experience
  • Background in luxury lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or premium FMCG
  • Proven track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience managing creative and production agencies effectively
  • Excellent eye for detail, storytelling, and brand consistency
  • Collaborative leadership style and cross-functional communication skills
  • Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and passionate about premium brands
  • Global mindset with sensitivity to regional nuances
