Interim Senior Brand Manager - Snacking

The role

In this classic FMCG role, you'll lead all elements of brand marketing, working alongside the Marketing Director and other team members to achieve brand growth targets. With responsibility for a key part of the portfolio, you'll lead brand strategy and planning, understanding customers and consumers and using relevant data to identify new opportunities.

The Senior Brand Manager will have responsibility for driving the development and implementation of brand strategy and working with commercial teams to develop growth plans. Managing Brand P&L as well as marketing budgets and expenditure, you'll ensure the delivery of maximum value for the business, leading the development and execution of best-in-class plans across all touch points.

Playing a significant role in making things happen, you'll generate new ideas and exciting plans; inspiring, persuading, and gaining buy-in from stakeholders at all levels across the business. You'll use your deep consumer understanding and strong commercial acumen, working with cross functional teams and external partners to deliver best in class execution.

About you

• Experienced UK grocery/FMCG brand marketer, ideally within Food& Beverages

• Skilled in the briefing and management of external agencies

• Proven team leadership and influencing capability at all levels

• Excellent project management skills

• Strong commercial capability and experience of P&L ownership

• Insight-led approach, with experience of using market research and data to inform strategy and planning

• Action-orientated and results driven, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience of delivering NPD projects in collaboration with technical and manufacturing colleagues

• Passionate about brands and consumers
