πŸ”¦ Position Overview

Now seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead one of its largest brands and drive its growth through strategic brand management, team leadership, product innovation and innovative marketing campaigns.

This is a pivotal role where you'll take full ownership of a major brand's performance and future direction. You'll develop strategic, insight-led brand plans that build brand equity and set the vision for growth. Working closely with your team, creative agencies and cross-functional partners, you'll drive brand demand through integrated comms, managing an ambitious innovation pipeline and ensuring the brand remains competitive in a fast-moving market. Your decisions will directly shape the brand's market position and commercial success. 🎯

πŸ“’ What you’ll be doing from Day 1

  • Developing strategic brand plans grounded in consumer insight and market trend data
  • Leading a team of 2 Brand Managers, setting performance and growth objectives
  • Creating integrated brand comms strategies across ATL, BTL, digital & social channels
  • Managing A&P budgets and showing a clear ROI through performance analysis
  • Driving NPD and EPD from concept generation to successful commercialisation
  • Setting and managing pricing strategy to optimise brand demand and profitability
  • Monitoring brand performance and making data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborating with Sales & Customer teams to identify promotional opportunities
  • Overseeing consumer & shopper research, using insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Working with creative and media agencies to develop compelling brand campaigns
  • Supporting the Innovation team to build a powerful innovation funnel

🌟Who we are looking for

  • Exceptional track record building compelling & effective brand strategies and brand plans
  • Robust FMCG experience, ideally with some experience in personal care, OTC or beauty
  • Extensive experience building substantial A&P programmes across multiple channels
  • Substantial experience leading innovation NPD/EPD from concept to market launch
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing direct reports
  • Strong analytical skills spanning consumer & market insight and financial data
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Highly organised and focused with strong budget and process management skills
  • Additional European language skills are desirable but not essential
