Our client, an organic pioneer and plant-based food leader, is seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Manager to drive their mission of promoting sustainable food systems. Position Overview

The Revenue Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing system-wide revenue growth strategies to deliver on ambitious targets. You will lead revenue management initiatives across channels, establishing it as a core capability within the commercial team, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive transformational change.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to deliver revenue, profit and brand share growth
  • Maximise investment efficiency and manage cost volatility
  • Champion revenue growth initiatives across channels
  • Develop trade terms optimisation and balanced revenue management pipelines
  • Establish robust processes to monitor accruals, promotions, pricing, and competitor data
  • Lead scenario planning for innovation launches, pricing roadmaps, and promotions
  • Establish and deliver revenue management KPIs and objectives
  • Drive the commercial S&OP process, collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Ensure revenue management governance across the UK

Requirements

  • Proven experience in FMCG revenue growth management, ideally within Grocery
  • Strong analytical and data insight skills (Excel, SAP, BI)
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Project management expertise and commercial judgment
  • Degree-level education and advanced selling/negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of category management principles
  • Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to innovate, adapt, and continuously learn
  • Team player with integrity and diplomacy
