The SBM role is a pivotal role in the team, working very closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver an ambitious strategic brand plan. You'll work across the full marketing mix – developing growth strategies, leading integrated ATL, BTL and Digital campaigns that excite and engage consumers and shoppers. You’ll play a key role in developing an innovation pipeline, launching NPD and EPD that drives revenue. This is a role that will suit a data-led, consumer curious, and creative thinking marketeer, who is comfortable with using internal data and category insights & data to manage and accelerate the performance of their portfolio. We’re looking for a self-starter who works under their own steam; someone who is collaborative and excels at cross-functional working.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

📣 Developing and leading annual brand strategy and integrated campaigns

🛒 Creating shopper marketing and retail activations to drive sales and shelf presence

💡 Working with innovation lead to develop NPD, EPD and packaging from concept to launch

📱 Overseeing social media & influencer engagement to build brand awareness & community

🔍 Monitoring market trends & competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy

💰 Managing marketing budgets and P&L performance, ensuring efficient spend and ROI

🤝 Managing external agency relationships, including creative, media and research partners

📊 Using category & consumer insight to shape strategy and optimise campaign performance

🙂 Partnering with different teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints.

🏪 Attending customer meetings and presenting brand and innovation plans externally.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

✅ Minimum of 6-7 years brand management experience working with FMCG brands

🚀 Proven expertise in building annual brand plans and leading integrated campaigns

📝 Passionate about social media, able to deliver organic and paid strategies.

🧠 Data savvy with experience using category & consumer data to drive strategic decisions

🎯 Strong creative thinking skills with experience driving innovation through stage-gates

🛒 Hands-on experience of shopper marketing and retail activation

💼 Commercially astute with budget and P&L management experience

👥 Track record of managing external agencies to ensure they deliver great work

🗣️ Collaborative approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

⚡ High energy and driven - able to work autonomously and proactive in driving initiatives.

💻 Ideally some familiarity with Klaviyo and Shopify platforms

👁️ Eye for detail with strong project management and organisational skills.
