Develop and deliver innovative brand plans and initiatives to drive growth across Western Europe

Our client, a major FMCG player, is seeking an experienced and passionate SBM to drive the success of its key brand across Western Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team and play a key role in shaping the future of this much loved brand, driving consumer love, market penetration, and sustainable commercial success.
π‘ What You'll Do:
Developing and delivering annual brand plans, growth initiatives and EPD/NPD projects to achieve ambitious objectives in the key French and Benelux markets
Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of brand plans
Maintaining a deep understanding of the consumer and ensuring their needs are at the heart of all activities
Ensuring all consumer touchpoints effectively communicate the brand personality and tone of voice
Monitoring and analysing brand performance at market, segment, and customer levels
Managing the brand P&L and providing input for annual and long-term forecasts
Overseeing the development of creative content, ensuring alignment with the brand's comms platform
Managing relationships with media planning/buying agencies to deliver exceptional value and impact in each market
Working closely with Sales, Category, and distributor teams to drive retail impact and secure support for key initiatives
Working closely with the Global Innovation Team to manage the brand portfolio and deliver innovation plans

π§ What Youβll Bring:
Proven experience in FMCG brand management, with a focus on Western European markets
Fluency in French essential; strong understanding of consumer and retail dynamics in France & Benelux
A consumer-first mindset with the ability to translate insights into commercially successful plans
Strong project management skills and ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams
Experience in communications planning across all media channels, and shopper & trade marketing
Track record of developing and launching successful innovation, range extensions and EPD
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Creatively-driven approach, with excellent storytelling skills
Fluency in French and English
Passion for the FMCG industry and a genuine commitment to making a difference through purpose-driven brands
